Darrell Douglass, Senior Partner
Darrell joined Douglass Financial Services in 1996 after serving as a management consultant for one of the top consulting firms in Chicago. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with Highest Honors. He currently holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 licenses in addition to life and health insurance licenses.
Darrell is an active member of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Beta Sigma Psi Alpha Alumni Chapter, the Financial Services Institute, and Eastview Christian Church (Elder Leadership Team). In his free time, he enjoys traveling,
global mission work, movies, tennis, and being outdoors.

Sam Douglass, Partner-Emeritus, CLU, ChFC
Sam began the company in 1973 after serving as a school administrator in Ecuador, South America. He has been recognized by his peers as one of the premier estate and business planners, including twice being named top agent for Century Companies of America.
David Douglass, Partner
David joined Douglass Financial Services in 2005. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history, with a minor in economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He currently holds FINRA Series 6, 62, 63, and 65 licenses, in addition to life and health insurance licenses.
In his free time, Dave enjoys camping, hiking, biking, basketball, tennis, traveling, and reading. He is also is actively involved in several community based organizations – Kogudus Renewal, Promise Council, Beyond the Books Educational Foundation, Humane Society of Central Illinois, and PetCentral Helps.

Mark Post, Service Specialist
Mark joined the company in 1976 as a certified life and health insurance agent. He specializes in identifying sound solutions to healthcare needs and handling problem resolution.
Reta Salmon, Office Manager
Reta joined the company in 1975. She utilizes her broad-based accounting skills to develop systems for tracking clients’ personal and pension/retirement assets.
